Last day of the month, you've been paid, think how much better you'd feel by making a small contribution to our quest to raise money for a good cause.
We'll be out on the Prudential Ride London ride this Sunday - 100 miles around London and Surrey, more big hills and backache! Fundraising is going well for Blind veterans (thanks to all of you!) but we'd like to make it an especially big contribution this year - so if any of you can spare a few quid, click the link to the right of this post and follow the instructions - it's safe and secure.

It all started in 2011 - we decided to ride Lands End to John O Groats, since then we've completed a number of 'challenges' raising over £15,000 for various charities. You can read about our adventures here, and also our on-going efforts to keep on cycling!
